Scholarship Regulations for the academic year 2022-2023 at FPT Cau Giay High School and Secondary School

Article 1. Subjects of scholarship examination:

Be a student born in 2011; have completed the Primary school program; Competence and quality are classified as Pass or higher and fall into one of the following categories:

  • Students who are directly recruited according to  Decision No. 174/QD-FSCCG dated December 8, 2021 of the CEO of FPT Primary and Secondary School.
  • Students who participated in the 6th grade entrance assessment at FPT Cau Giay High School and Secondary School and had a total score of 9 points or more.
  • 5th grade student studying at FPT High School and Secondary School, who is eligible for direct recruitment under Decision No. 169/QD-FSCCG dated November 30, 2021 of the CEO of FPT Primary and Secondary School.

Article 2. Process of considering and granting scholarships and number and value of scholarships:

  • Based on the enrollment plan, the school will send invitations to interview for scholarships with cases that meet the conditions specified in Article 1.
  • The number and value of scholarships for the academic year 2022 – 2023 are as follows:

Article 3. Contest entry form:

Students participating in the scholarship exam for the 2022-2023 school year of FPT Primary and Secondary School will undergo 2 rounds of exams at the school:

  • Round 1 – Written exam: Students complete the essay on Math, Vietnamese, and English.
  • Round 2 – Interview: Students who pass round 1 will participate in an interview with the Scholarship Review Board.

Article 4. Conditions for maintaining the scholarship:

  • Students need to achieve academic and training scores “Good” next semesters in order to continue to be awarded the scholarship. If the student does not meet the conditions, the next semester will not be awarded the scholarship until the student is eligible for the scholarship again.
  • The Department of Training Organization and Management is responsible for monitoring the list of students eligible for scholarships in accordance with regulations to summarize, check and submit to the Executive Director for decision before the start of tuition fee collection. next semester.

Article 5. Stop granting scholarships:

  • Students who are being awarded a scholarship if they violate discipline from level 2 (Reprimand before the board) or more will have their scholarship stopped from the next semester.

Article 6. Scholarship payment method:

The amount corresponding to the student’s scholarship level is directly deducted from the student’s monthly tuition fee amount.
