Personal Development Program (PDP)
With the goal of training and giving special attention to the comprehensive development of each individual, since its establishment, FPT Schools has developed and implemented Personal Development Program (PDP) with the expectation that each student will be independent individuals, well adapted to society and responsible for the community. Students not only know the learning of culture, but also have a rich mental life, physically, willpower and morally, express the unique identity of FPT students.

PDP equips students with an understanding of 21st century issues (environment, politics, culture, citizenship, health, or global awareness). The knowledge and skills of learning and innovating to develop yourself; in technology, information and communication for learning and life; about yourself, teamwork and working in the community to adapt and integrate.
With this baggage, students can develop their abilities to the maximum, equipped with life skills, as well as cultural knowledge, and society in an age of globalization. Most importantly, PDP aims to cultivate the soul as well as the aesthetics of life, the ability to like in a multicultural environment.

Primary & Secondary school
At the Primary & Secondary level, in addition to periodic picnic activities, F regularly hosts major events such as: Orientation in the first week when students enter helps them get acquainted with the school; Mid-Autumn Festival, Vietnam Teachers’ Day, Christmas, Village festival,… help students nurture their soul, enrich their emotions, give them many opportunities to explore and learn knowledge and skills outside of school.
In addition, at the end of each school day, students are facilitated to take advanced gifted classes (piano, ukulele, zumba, football,…) help them strengthen physically, relieve stress, develop their own skills; at the same time increase the connection, the relationship of friends, teachers or groups of individuals with similar interests and aptitudes.

Soft skills
FPT Schools always prioritizes the development of soft skills in the learning process. PDP soft skills at FPT Schools include many useful subjects such as: Learning skills, Health and Life Values, Self-Awareness, Presentation skills, Collaborative Skills and Teamword, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Emotional Management, Communication Reading…
Soft skills subjects are taught in class as regular subjects, but the methods of implementation are diverse and rich: teamwork, drama, storytelling, games, projects and experiences… associated with many Interesting topics, suitable for students of all ages.
Business
One of the requirements of independent living is that students need to manage their own finances, manage their own spending in the most reasonable way, appreciate and save money. This will be taught in Business.
Business provides students with the most basic knowledge of business, finance, savings, investment. The content of the lessons is decentralized in blocks, the content of the lessons is decentralized in each block, only learned in 2 years of grade 10 and 11.
From grade 10 will learn about the general knowledge of economics, approach to simple concepts, and have a preliminary view of the business. Year 11 learns about saving, investing, how to manage finances, and manage debt for yourself. In addition, FSchoolers also have a separate chapter on marketing and how to apply it in business.
At each class, teachers will come up with appropriate activities to make it easier for students to feel interested and understand the lesson, such as: organizing games, learn about businesses, present, come up with business ideas, chase image catch word, refer to the sales areas and comment, transmit, draw posters, learn lessons at the supermarket to learn about the distribution channels of products…
Events, movement activities and clubs
FPT Schools has events, grand and exciting activities are held all year round. More specifically, all stages in the organization are directly involved in the participate in construction and implementation of students. The personal development program also designs clubs such as football, chess, modern dance, singing & vovinam. Through club activities, they can make friends, train and improve their skills and aptitudes, contributing to creating a unique color in the sky of personality of FPT Schools.
