This past summer, FPT Schools conducted the 2024 Summer Training Program for all teachers at FPT Schools across the country. A total of 54 classes were held both online and offline, with a combined total of 29,787 hours of training delivered.

The 2024 Summer Training Program featured various courses designed to cater to the needs of teachers from different departments and subjects, including Identifying and Providing Initial Support for Students’ Psychological Difficulties, Effective Classroom Management, Guidelines for Organizing AI Tools Teaching for Technology Teachers, Oxford Quality Program training, and more.

Sharing her experience from the training sessions, Ms. Quach Kha Tu (English Teacher, FPT Can Tho High School) mentioned that she learned many new teaching techniques and modern approaches to delivering knowledge to students. “I have gained a better understanding of how to apply technology in the classroom, using online tools to enhance student interaction and engagement,” she added.

For Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang (History Teacher, FPT Bac Ninh Primary, Secondary & High School), the training sessions were an opportunity to “sharpen her axe” and prepare herself confidently for the new school year.

The training sessions were led by highly qualified instructors, such as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thi Hong Thai (Deputy Director of the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Social Sciences), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Thi Mai Huong (Deputy Director of the Center for Research & Development, Hanoi National University of Education), Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lien (Head of the Department of Educational Management Science, Hanoi National University of Education), Dr. Nguyen Nhan Ai (Head of the Department of Applied Psychology, Hanoi National University of Education), experts from Oxford University Press, and the management staff at FPT Education.

At FPT Schools, professional development and training for teachers are always a priority to continuously enhance their knowledge and skills, ensuring they can deliver the most effective lessons to students.
