FSchoolers in Da Nang bring “Beloved Spring” to the community

At the event, FSchoolers had the opportunity to interact and listen to the sharing from the elderly at the Rehabilitation Center for Meritorious People in Central Vietnam, gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for the sacrifices made by previous generations. This experience aimed to inspire pride and determination among the younger generation.

In addition, FSchoolers also took the initiative to tidy up the living quarters for the elderly, engaged in cultural performances in the communal area, and personally prepared gifts such as cakes and warm towels for them. What’s particularly special is that FSchoolers funded these gifts through the “Heo đất trao xuân” (Piggy banks bring spring) initiative, which was previously launched to all students and teachers at FPT High School in Da Nang.

Nguyen Minh Hoang (Student of class 12A6, FPT Da Nang High School) shared about the trip: “We were involved in decorating, cleaning, and planting trees for the elderly at the center. I feel very proud to have been able to contribute in some way to helping the elderly prepare for a warm Tet holiday.” Although Hoang had participated in many volunteer programs before, this was his first time joining the “Spring of Love” program. Therefore, for Hoang, this program is very special as he experiences new things, listens to new stories, and especially immerses himself in the lively and cheerful atmosphere while preparing for a warmer Tet holiday for the elderly at the center with teachers and friends.
