FSchool Thanh Hoa inaugurated the school signboard and the Joyful Empowerment statue
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Tran Van Thuc, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province, along with leaders from FPT Education Organization: Mr. Le Truong Tung, Chairman of the School Council of FPT University; Ms. Nguyen Kim Anh, Vice Chairman of the School Council of FPT University; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, Director of FPT Schools System; and Mr. Vu Hong Quan, Principal of FPT Thanh Hoa Elementary School, Middle School, and High School (FSchool Thanh Hoa).
The statue “Joyful Empowerment” by Angela Mia De la Vega symbolizes children’s confidence in their power in the world and their aspirations to soar high towards a future as global citizens. Positioned prominently in front of the schoolyard, facing the entrance of FSchool Thanh Hoa, the statue embodies the ethos of placing students at the heart of all learning and experiences. Previously, the “Joyful Empowerment” statue has been installed at FSchools in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Phong, Ha Nam, and Da Nang.
In the ceremony, Mr. Le Truong Tung, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at FPT University, revealed that FPT Schools is investing in building a large library containing literary works and histories from around the world and Vietnam to foster a reading culture. This library will open its doors to local students and residents, including weekends, encouraging reading and learning beyond the classroom.
Furthermore, FPT Education Complex in Thanh Hoa also inaugurated the FPT Education signboard and the “Self-made Man” statue during the ceremony.
In July 2024, FSchool Thanh Hoa is expected to complete the construction of its modern and well-equipped campus facilities to welcome its first batch of students.
