Utilizing its global advantage, FPT Schools expands opportunities for students to experience Japan

On September 13th, the FPT Schools system (FPT Schools) signed a cooperation agreement with FPT Japan Academy (FJA) to broaden the opportunities for students to experience in Japan.

As a part of FPT Corporation, Vietnam’s leading technology company with a presence in 29 countries worldwide, the FPT Schools system has numerous opportunities to expand cooperative relationships and enhance the learning experiences for students in various countries around the globe. FPT Schools aim to meet the demand for high-quality international talent by providing education in technology, foreign languages, and a wide range of enriching experiences for students.

FJA is the first Vietnamese institution authorized to provide Japanese language training in Japan, with extensive experience in training both students and FPT staff in Japan.

FPT Schools and FPT Japan Academy have initiated a collaboration program between the two institutions. Under this partnership, FPT Japan Academy will serve as the entity to receive and train FPT Schools students in short-term experiential programs. Additionally, FJA will act as a bridge between FPT Schools and institutions in Japan, enabling students and faculty from FPT Schools to participate in various diverse educational programs in Japan. Both institutions will mutually support each other in implementing faculty exchange programs, organizing joint events such as seminars and conferences, and developing educational programs for the mutual benefit of both parties and students.

The two entities have entered into a collaboration to expand opportunities for FPT students to experience Japan.

FPT Schools system has been actively engaged in international cooperation, facilitating student exchanges in countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Israel, and hosting international students from countries like Japan, South Korea, Brunei, and more. In the summer of 2023, FPT Japan Academy warmly welcomed a group of FPT Schools students in Japan.

According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, Managing Director of FPT Schools, “Collaborating with FPT Japan Academy will provide FPT Schools students and faculty with numerous opportunities for learning and experiencing life in Japan, especially given that FJA is a subsidiary of FPT already operating in Japan and possesses extensive experience in training students and bridge engineers.”

Mr. Kuroda Hideo, the Principal of FPT Japan Academy, highly values this cooperative relationship. He states, “FPT Japan Academy will enhance the organization of various programs that connect to the cultural experiences of Japan, with the hope that through these programs, FPT Schools students and faculty can have a more diverse life experience.”

Representatives of both entities affirm the strong collaborative relationship.

The collaboration between FPT Schools and FPT Japan Academy will generate numerous opportunities for learning and development for both students and faculty of FPT Schools, promising to bring benefits to both entities and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality international human resources.
